Gisele Bündchen has welcomed her first child with Joaquim Valente. She also shares two children with her ex-husband Tom Brady, including one who is following in his footsteps.
Gisele Bündchen’s family has grown with the arrival of her third child. The Brazilian model and her boyfriend, Jiu-Jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, recently welcomed their first child together, according to TMZ.

The new parents, who have been together since June 2023, have not revealed the baby’s birth date. The baby’s gender and name have also not been disclosed
News of Gisele’s pregnancy first surfaced in October 2024. At the time, an insider shared, “Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”
This is Giselle’s third child, having first welcomed two children with her ex-husband, Tom Brady. Their son, Benjamin, is now 15, while their daughter, Vivian, is 12.
The news comes over two years after Gisele’s divorce from the NFL star, which was finalized in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. Their official paperwork described the marriage as “irretrievably broken.”
Gisele and Tom had agreed to a marital settlement, including a parenting plan for joint custody, as confirmed by an insider at the time.

Fast forward to January 2024, the now mom of three, discussed her parenting approach, focusing on teaching her kids independence. She often tells them, “‘The way you make your room, the way you organize and make your bed is the way you’re going to do your life,'” the star shared.
Gisele also acknowledged occasional pushback as her kids have to navigate two homes, but she remains committed to the lessons her mother taught her.
Appearing on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” the celebrity shared that, for her, the key to raising kids at this stage is carving out time for meaningful conversations. Reflecting on co-parenting with Tom in a separate interview, she admitted, “I think there’s easier days than others and I can only control what I do.”
Meanwhile, in a 2023 interview, Tom shared his summer plans with their children. The family kicked off with a trip to Disneyland before the kids joined Gisele in Brazil. Later, the football star planned to take them to Europe, noting that they had “a really good summer lined up.”
He also emphasized the balance between their screen time and outdoor activities, helping them stay connected with friends and family while enjoying an active lifestyle.
Their eldest, Benjamin, was born at home—a decision that initially concerned the sports star, who also shares another son named Jack with his ex-girlfriend, Bridget Moynahan. “He wasn’t into the idea of home birth,” Gisele recalled, sharing how she convinced him by having him watch several home-birthing videos.
“I made it clear that this is my body and I’m going to decide how I give birth,” she said, describing the 18-hour labor as “the most beautiful experience of my life.”
Tom reflected on the experience in 2021, “Me being there with G at his birth in our home, it lives in my mind. I think we brought this boy into the world in the most precious way.”
Gisele divulged in September 2023 that “Benny’s doing football,” proudly noting that her son is following in Tom’s footsteps by wearing the iconic number 12 on his jersey. “He just started, and his first game was so nice,” she added.
However, Benjamin’s journey in sports hasn’t always been easy. Despite his love for the game, he faced bullying in Boston after a baseball game, a challenging experience tied to the pressures of being Tom’s son.
Benjamin, who also plays the piano and frequently appears on Gisele’s social media, now stands even taller than his supermodel mom—a fact that hasn’t gone unnoticed by fans, who often comment on his resemblance to Tom.
Observers have shared remarks like, “he is your real man [sic]” and “Little Tom,” with one saying, “He looks so much like Tom.” Another follower noted his impressive height, adding, “Wow, he’s 5’11! He’s going to be very tall.”
As for Tom and Gisele’s youngest child, Vivian, she’s been pursuing her own interests, including horseback riding lessons in 2022. That same year, Gisele brought Vivian along to a fashion shoot—a rare experience for her daughter.
“She saw me with all these different hairdos and makeup—she didn’t understand why,” the doting mom divulged, recalling her child’s innocent comment, “‘Mommy, you look so much prettier without all that! Why are they touching you?'” Gisele’s playful response? “Listen, this is fashion!”
Vivian has also developed a love for cooking. Back in April 2021, Gisele proudly shared a photo of her daughter making scrambled eggs, calling her a “super chef.”
Like her brother, Vivian often appears on her mom’s Instagram, where fans have pointed out their likeness. Comments range from “Mini Gisele” and “isn’t she lovely [sic’]” to enthusiastic exclamations like “Your twin!!!”
